Au contraire des projets collectifs verticaux plus compact et codifi\u00e9s, il s\u2019agit de questionner et d\u2019exploiter le BIM sur un site \u00e9tendu. Le r\u00f4le et l\u2019utilit\u00e9 de la maquette BIM est de valoriser un patrimoine historique singulier, avec un outil num\u00e9rique performant all\u00e9g\u00e9, facile d\u2019acc\u00e8s et abordable par tous.
